Marketing Visualisation for a Build-To-Rent Complex

3D Aerials, Exterior Streetscapes and 2D Floorplan/Floorplate Graphics

Sydney Road, Coburg

When the development team at Assemble needed to refresh their 3D visualisation collateral for a soon-to-be-completed development, they turned to us to deliver both the 3D and 2D marketing graphics.

The project features two towers rising above a communal landscaped podium, with ground-floor mixed-use commercial premises to complement the active Sydney Rd streetscape in Melbourne’s inner North.

In the visuals, we showcased the diverse demographics of the community likely to be residents of the development, as well as the project’s functional architectural features.
