3D Exterior, Interior Visualisations and 2D Graphics - Floorplans and Floorplates

Salina Towers, Mt Gravatt East

As part of the Salina Towers marketing campaign, we brought the vision to life before construction by producing a compelling series of exterior and interior visualisations.

A key part of the process was understanding the target audience and the type of buyers the apartments would attract. This helped guide the imagery’s look, feel, and styling.

We collaborated closely with the architects to refine the colour palette, material selection, and visual identity. Together, we designed visuals that accurately conveyed the design intent and resonated with future residents.

To showcase the nearby amenities for future residents, we coordinated and managed a drone photographer to capture aerial photos of the site and its views. These images were used to incorporate the local landscape, including Mount Gravatt and the Brisbane city skyline, providing buyers with a realistic understanding of the project’s location and outlook.

The final imagery showcased the architecture, interiors, and lifestyle of the development, helping potential buyers connect with the project.
