Marketing Visualisation for Proposed Medical Centre

3D Aerials, Streetscape Exterior and Interior Perspectives

Queens Parade, Traralgon

For this proposed medical centre in Traralgon, our goal was to create inviting, vibrant marketing images true to the development’s vision. Rather than simply showcasing the building, we wanted to tell the story of how the space would be experienced by the people using it every day.

A big focus was on urban activation, bringing the precinct to life with people naturally walking through the site, meeting outdoors, and enjoying the landscaped spaces. In turn, these everyday moments helped create a welcoming atmosphere and showed how the medical centre could become an important part of the local community.

Normally, the interiors are tailored to specific commercial tenants, so we had to imagine what one of the tenancies would look like when completed. By showing a diverse range of prospective patients in that waiting room, along with the conceptual design of the reception desk, we provided a lifelike representation of how the space may look when completed.
