We completed a set of 3D CGI images for an upcoming marketing campaign for these ultra-luxurious residences in Brighton, one of Melbourne’s most prestigious suburbs. The level of detail and finish was second to none and our main objective was to translate the developer’s vision into images that would suit the campaign.
Now that the project has been constructed, comparing what we created with the finished product was fascinating. Here is the link to the real estate agent’s photos for comparison: One11DendyStreet.
And here’s the description of the finished project: Commanding the street in a newly completed gated collection of four, this exceptional front residence is the signature home of One 11 Dendy — defined by bold architecture, high-end detail, and a private, fully-tiled emerald pool. Designed and delivered by the “-created by mark franek-” team, this four-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home spans two luxurious levels linked by a sculptural solid-plaster helical staircase. Dual living zones, private suite-style bedrooms on both levels, and indoor-outdoor flow through a series of slender full-height French doors make it ideal for family life and elegant entertaining.
The luxury kitchen features Gaggenau appliances, butler’s pantry, integrated fridge/freezer and induction cooktop – all set within honed marble surfaces. Each spacious bedroom has its own indulgent marble-detailed ensuite, with a stunning dual-vanity main bathroom and glamorous dressing room in the refined main suite. Materiality and craftsmanship are exceptional: Sleek, slimline brickwork, striking Shou Sugi Ban charred timber cladding, light-diffusing fluted glass, Kustom Timber oak flooring, slabs of honed marble, artisan Nagoya mosaics, handmade leather handles, Tala pendants, Axor tapware, and Paco Jaanson stoneware all feature.
With 3.2m ceilings throughout, full-height glazing, customised storage, a Real Flame gas-pebble fireplace and Daikin ducted climate control, comfort and design combine with ease. The home is securely set behind auto-gated cobblestone grounds, featuring a charred timber-clad double garage and an architectural arbour entry.
