Aerial, Eye-level and Active Space 3D Visualisations

LIFE IS A JOURNEY... Masall is where it starts!

This unique land estate that actually comprises two sites, we were approached to create a unified set of 3D visualisations to help launch and market the project. The competition from nearby land estates is quite strong, so our artist impressions had to be top-notch. As you can see on the labeled image, the residential land blocks are going to be surrounded by a plethora of future council amenities – so showing a conceptual presentation to them was critical.

We created a couple of proposed schools with sports ovals, community buildings, a vision of a future aquatic centre, and a shopping village town centre to further define the realism of the proposal and inspire confidence for future purchasers about their lifestyle if they were to choose to live at Masall Estate. Specific 3D house models of well-known builders such as Metricon, Boutique, Thomas Archer and Porter Davis were also selected from our library of homes so the aerial images didn’t look like cookie-cutter houses that all look the same.
