Essence on Sutton

The brief for this project was to develop a comprehensive suite of marketing 3D visualisation and 2D graphics to assist in selling this luxurious project off-the-plan. The biggest challenge the clients were facing was how to effectively position this project in a gentrifying area of low-rise dwellings by the beach.

Apartment living is nothing new for Brisbane CBD, but on the northern part of the beaches – this is yet to become the standard – so elevating the quality of the finishes and proximity to the foreshore was essential in attracting the target audience to the marketing campaign.

On a side note – drone photography proved to be quite tricky, the first drone operator was attacked by the nearby nesting birds – so we had a couple of go’s at the backdrop photography before we got the right shots.
