Equiestrian Hobby Farm Subdivision

Conceptual 3D model & Aerial visualisation

A Harmony of Countryside Rustic Living

At the heart of the picturesque landscape of Canobolas Rd in Orange lies our latest project, the Equestrian Hobby Farm subdivision, a testament to creative and harmonious design. Tasked with a unique challenge of developing the concept of equestrian living, our team only received an essential document from the client outlining the subdivision of lots. We embarked on a journey to bring this vision to life with minimal instructions.

To authentically capture the region’s essence, we studied the architectural layouts of neighbouring properties. These investigations into existing Australian hobby farms provided us with crucial insights, guiding our 3D design process. Our goal was to integrate the new development seamlessly into the existing landscape, honouring the area’s legacy.

A pivotal aspect of our presentation was creating a detailed 3D model and aerial visualisation of the Canobolas Rd project. Provided with an aerial photo, we created visualisation from the drone’s view and montaged it to an existing image. This technique highlighted the harmonious integration of each element within the natural landscape.

Additionally, our team produced a short video animation to highlight the project’s features further. This animation beautifully showcased the layout and roads, illustrating the balance between modern living and countryside charm. Together, these 3D visual tools effectively conveyed the essence and potential of the subdivision, making the project a standout example of innovative presentation in rural development.
