Hi, and welcome to Eagle Vision‘s The Visual Pulse September Edition,
The start of spring traditionally brings renewed activity to the property market, but development remains relatively subdued, with developers facing ongoing constraints on construction capacity, costs, and project feasibility.
At the same time, rental affordability is under growing pressure, tax changes are reshaping investor behaviour, and investor lending for new builds is on the rise due to changes in what self-managed super funds can do.
Despite these challenges, the push to unlock housing supply continues, with the development of major new communities, higher-density development, and infrastructure investment across many states.
