Hi, and welcome to Eagle Vision‘s The Visual Pulse July Edition,
As we move into the second half of 2026, Australia’s property market continues to evolve. The Reserve Bank has warned inflation may remain persistent, auction clearance rates have weakened, and housing corrections are spreading across several capital cities. Meanwhile, Brisbane, Perth, and Adelaide continue to outperform, highlighting the increasingly local nature of market conditions.
This month, we explore what these shifts mean for development, investment, and housing, alongside stories on an award-winning mixed-use precinct, innovative residential design, extended home-building grants, changing buyer and rental trends, and the growing appeal of neighbourhood retail, medical centres, and childcare assets. We hope these insights provide you with valuable perspectives for the months ahead.

Queens Parade, Traralgon
This month’s featured project is a proposed medical centre in Queens Parade, Traralgon, for which we created a series of marketing visualisations.
Our focus was on creating vibrant marketing visualisations that captured the development experience, not just the building itself.
Through urban activation, conceptual interior design and lifelike everyday interactions, the images helped illustrate how the future medical centre could become a welcoming hub for the local community.
