Hi, and welcome to Eagle Vision’s The Visual Pulse June Edition,

Recently, news headlines have been dominated by the new Federal Budget’s $2 billion housing push, the debate over negative gearing and capital gains tax reform, recent interest rate relief for homeowners, and growing concerns that policy changes alone won’t solve Australia’s housing supply challenges, particularly as developers move away from entry-level apartments and investors return to the market.

What we are seeing on the inside, though, is an uptick in development activity compared to this time last year – across a range of sectors, from infill residential marketing to new communities being established and commercial centre developments – so while the news headlines are there “to sell newspapers”, developers, both private and public, are actively out there creating new housing and commercial projects.

We’ve collated a range of insightful articles and industry conversations exploring the forces currently shaping development, investment, and housing delivery across Australia and beyond. From the articles, we’re also seeing broader shifts reshape the future of housing and development, from China’s housing slowdown and the rise of regional growth corridors, through to multigenerational living trends, AI-powered construction technology, and evolving conversations around more connected, community-focused housing design.

Salina Towers, Mt Gravatt East

This month’s featured project is Salina Towers, a modern multi-residential complex in Mount Gravatt East that offers elegant urban living in 72 well-designed apartments. To help buyers see the vision before construction even started, we created a premium series of interior and exterior renders tailored specifically to what future residents care about.

We worked hand in hand with the architects to nail the material palette and styling, and even brought in a drone photographer to capture the actual, sweeping views of Mount Gravatt and the Brisbane skyline.

June Means So Much

Hi everyone, MJ here, again!

While June usually brings the winter chill in Australia, for me, it brings a whole lot of warmth and gratitude. This June 18th officially marks my third anniversary with Eagle Vision, and I wanted to take a moment to share why this milestone holds such significance for me.

I’m sharing this today not just as a celebration of my three years here but as an expression of deep gratitude. I also want to use this milestone to let Australian companies know just how profound their impact is. When an Aussie business chooses to hire a VA from developing nations like the Philippines, they aren’t just filling a role, they are completely changing a family’s life. Before landing this role, I spent months searching, hoping, and praying for an opportunity. As a mum of three, I wasn’t just looking for a job; I was looking for a lifeline. When Stan and the team welcomed me aboard, it felt like an absolute answer to my prayer.

One of the absolute best parts about working for an Aussie company is the time zone; we actually get to have a normal night’s sleep! No more dreaded graveyard shifts. Because of this job and these regular hours, I truly get to work from home and be fully present. I can provide for my three kids’ future, and most importantly, give my eldest child, who has special needs, the focused attention and care he deserves. Now, I don’t have to choose between being a healthy, present mother and pursuing my professional dreams; Eagle Vision allows me to do both.

What makes this team truly special is the trust. Being trusted, trained, and empowered to do amazing work from across the globe is something I never take for granted. So, this month, I want to send a massive thank-you to Stan for his unwavering trust and to the entire team for making the past three years so fulfilling!

To all the international employers out there who believe in us, you are doing so much more than just hiring talent. You are providing a sustainable living, keeping families together, and allowing parents like me to get a good night’s rest while being there for our children and working on our dreams. Thank you for the last three years, Eagle Vision. Here’s to many, many more years with you!

That will be all for this month’s edition. I hope you find The Visual Pulse helpful, and as always, we look forward to your thoughts and suggestions!

Cheers!
