John Glossop from Glossop Town Planning discusses changes to the Victorian Planning scheme in relation to apartment designs.

The Victorian government deemed that the previous standards were insufficient and created a lot of designs that were suboptimal for living amenity and thus created a new set of standards to test new applications against.

One of the case studies discussed is around the functional layout of apartments and minimum sizes for bedrooms.
